Focus on breathing...naaaaaaaa
Call someone......didn’t work
Exercise.........can’t.... sitting at my work place
I don’t want to know what is happiness. I just want to be
happy , want to feel good. I try couple of things I had read earlier. They are
not helping. I can’t concentrate my mind to do my work. Fortunately, nothing in
front of me is labelled with red colour “Urgent”. I open google and punch in
formula to be happy? It gives me 99800
results in 0.26 seconds. I just give the
page a glance and close. Now , I open
this open blank page and start scribbling. Oh!, It helps. It really helps.
Why does it happen at all? Why do we feel blue?
It is all same... arrey wahi....
chemical locha(Chemical imbalance). Sometimes, a small thing may just trigger
it and I am down...with THUDDDDDDD. Some
times I try breathing and good intake of O2 helps in regaining my balance, i
mean happiness. Other times, H2O, H2O+Gloucose(sweet or a yummy chocolate) come
to my rescue.
Do you have any formula to be happy?
